Why dont game designers work with game critics to perfect their products/games?

I dont get it, sometimes, a really cool game comes up, but a few minor issues which could be fixed always ruin it in the end. Some really good games are derated by critics because of mistakes which could be fixed.

1. Black: had horrible A.I, they could have made it more challenging

2. Gears of War: Partner A.I not to bright. (although it was a kick *** game, it could have got a perfect score, if that problem had been fixed.

3. Spiderman 3: Better camera angles, to much content.

4. Battlefield 2: MC: Would it hurt to make destructible enviroments, arcady shooter

5. Fight night round 3: Feels like boxing with the same person, over and over again.

6. F.E.A.R: come on, add some variety to the enviroments. Abandoned warehouse, abandoned apartment, abandoned office.

7.Command and conquer 3 (for the 360): Washed out graffics.

I hate to see a great game, fall because of stupid stuff like that. Would it not be great if game designers worked with game critics, to make better games. Why dont game designers work with game critics to perfect their products/games?
The problem is that everyone is a critic. The best solution is for the paying customer to email the company. Those are the ones that the company will usually listen to because they are the ones paying the moneyWhy dont game designers work with game critics to perfect their products/games?
I hear ya. Not all good ideas on paper work out in the game afterwards. Lazy designers mostly. Haven't you realized microsoft doesn't care, they just want you to spend that $65 on them and they aren't even nice enough to give you a reach around.
