Batman Arkham City is coming out this year, it's a sand box and superhero game where you can roam the streets of Arkham and also play as Cat Woman Unfortunately it comes out this Autumn ):

Just Cause 2 is a fun free roaming game where you can fly about and do all tons of crazy stuff such as attach a guy to a gas canister and set it off (a bit mean) or attach a statue head to a helicopter and use it as a wrecking ball. But it isn't a super hero game

Grand Theft Auto 4 Complete Edition isn't about superheros but it's a great game, it contains the original GTA 4, The Ballad of Gay Tony and The Lost and Damned. GTA is about killing people by any means necessary if that be a shotgun or a car, it's fun either way.
