Just got a Wii. I know u can play gamecube games on it. Is there any sense in replacing the games with Wii?

The only real differences are slightly better graphics, and the controls (which, obviously on Wii, are motion sensitive). I wouldn't waste money replacing the game unless it's a major title, like Twilight Princes (the Wii version is infinitely better than the GC version there). But games based on movies... yeah, don't bother.
i wouldn't. its a waste of money. if u are going to do that though, try to get a wii game used. if you want to just buy the game full price, then that's your choice, but if i were u, i'd get something u don't already have. as u may know, wii games are a lot more fun to use, but everything cost money, which a lot of people have a limited amount of, especially if you are young, so buy wisely. I have a wii too, and i some gamecube games that i don't even play with anymore(hardly!!), and i wouldn't doubt that some of the games i have for the gamecube were remastered or made for the wii, but since i own that specific gamecube game, i don't get the wii version for it. If you have a gamecube game,like you said spiderman.If you like that game you can get the next one in the series(say spiderman 3)It will have better control,yet you can do different things.Different things happen as you progress though.I have all 3 spiderman games,if you wanted to know.Just got a Wii. Are you talking about Spiderman 3? Then find it used if you can. Both versions are the same (except more quality graphics). It IS fun using the Wiimote to swing- however...

If you have a boatload of cash OR are a HUGE fan of Spiderman 3 the game and thought of it as an amazing game like the Legend of Zelda

usually there is. like on mario cart i have the one for wii and game cube. they redid the tracks alot and upgraded them and put new ones on there so yea itll probably be a little different. also there will be better graphics but i dont care bout that.
two differences

1. Better graphics (Who cares about graphics?)

2. Motion control

If you have it for gamecube you shouldn't get it for Wii. It's pretty much the same
well the control sceme is better because instead of pressing buttons you actually move and the game for the wii have slithly better graphics
