Does anyone remember those old pc games called "Choose your own adventure"?

I remember I had a Spiderman game for my Commodore 64 where the computer would ask you a question! Then you would type in a reply like"get web fluid" or something?

There were also some star trek versions alot later for the pc.

Does anyone know the correct name for them and if they're still available and if so, where?

I hope you understand what I mean?

Cheers

yeah. those games ran on the super old 80's computers. The games were really getto, but fun in a way. I dought they would run on your computer, because they were on floppy disks.
sorry can't help you, but I remember reading those books when I was younger. my fingers stuck in places I wanted to go back to so I would know all the outcomes. thanks for the happy memory. good luck in your search!Does anyone remember those old pc games called "Choose your own adventure"?

like the one that the boy at the beginning of 'Big' is playing. never had the computer games but had the books.
You aren't referring to the Eamon Master games on the old Apple computers are you? They were text based games and they had 100's of different mods people would come up with that you could take your character too. Some of them were really good %26amp; others not so much. Addictive as hell though back in the day when there wasn't anything better to play.
