i choose capcom because it had mega man and trust me it has awesome video game music search in dr willy stage one mega man 2 and listen it's awesome and the other characters are good too... but anyways the answer before me is an advertisement just so you know

Marvel does not makes games. Even if you are talking about the crappy movies based games such as spiderman, Capcom still wins.
