There are separate versions of some games for the Macbook, but not many. If you really want to play windows games on your macbook it isn't immediately possible, but if you load a windows OS (eg Vista) onto your macbook along with Mac OSX, then you can run windows on your mac, and play any games that work on windows on your mac,with windows running. The software used for running Multiple OS's as I'm suggesting is called Boot Camp, and should come with any Macbook sold after October.For more info check out www.apple.com

Well actually most Macs nowadys can run two OS's (Windows and Mac) some come with both and some dont, but im pretty sure any new Mac you buy u can install Windows XP or Vista if there not already on it so u can play your gamesI am buying a new laptop. You can once you run Boot Camp and install a copy of Windows XP. I wouldn't install Vista because some older games do not work well. Basically Boot Camp allows you to run either Windows XP or Mac OS on the same laptop. Given that you're using a laptop, you probably will not be able to run the latest, more graphically intense games, but GTA and Spiderman 3 should not be a problem.
Using Boot Camp and Windows will allow you to play Windows games and not just games available for Macs.
