The screen goes black when I play spiderman the movie game?

Hello,



I need help...I just downloaded spiderman the movie game which is pretty old. I know but I like it. Anyways...when I have to catch uncle ben's killer the screen starts out black and my health keeps decreasing and i die eventually. Can someone plz tell me the soln to remove the black screen. In the training it starts off black so i can't even take training. My laptop is only a year old.

Your graphics card might not be able to handle all the different textures on the screen because certain areas in games have more textures than other areas. Or your graphics card might not be completely compatible with the game. Either way I think it's an issue with your graphics card.



Try updating the graphics card drivers and if that doesn't solve the problem you might need to buy a new graphics card.
