Why spiderman web of shadow game is running show on my laptop?

when i open the game and i want go play the game is very fast,then then my laptop is running show game or hang some second.

is this problem is because of windows 7?

laptop configuration:-

4 GB of RAM

Video Card:- 256mb ati radeon hd 4570

25 gb free space of hard drive.

processor:- 2.10 core 2 duo T6500

1 go to control panal

2 click on system

3 then click on advance system settings on the left pane

4 then click on settings (first one under performance)

5 then check adjust for best performance

6 apply
