Spiderman game problem?

i installted and start the game my keyboard its okay but spiderman dosen't move or jump,i open controll menu there is nothing for configuration sow can some one tell me how to fix this ,sorry for my english and thnxSpiderman game problem?
Try to check which keys are select at the game options to make it to move, walk, jump and etc
