What you can play really depends on the system. Many Macs now have the ability to emulate Windows giving the access to the full range of windows-based games.



But if you're talking about old Apple systems like the Apple II line, then you're probably really limited in your gaming possibilities.Can you play games on an Apple computer?
Well, yes, but it's matter of finding games that are patched to the Mac OS. Most game developers make games for PCs. Larger games I know are ported to both. Halo I'm sure is, and I would imagine Spiderman 3 would be too.
There are lots of games on MacOS. You can just go to your local Apple Store and they have lots of good games for mac, the downside is they aren't the cheapest games around maybe 45-50 bucks a game. Find a Store close to you.
